Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats are creamy, dessert-like overnight oats made with cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, honey, and graham cracker crunch. Chill for at least 4 hours so the oats set into a cheesecake-inspired texture, then top with fresh strawberries right before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Add some to the base and reserve the rest for topping just before eating.
  • 2 count graham cracker sheets, crushed Use half in the jar topping and save the rest for a crunchy finish.

Method

Make the cheesecake oat base
  1. Whisk together the milk, vanilla yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined with no dry pockets.
  3. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries so they’re evenly distributed through the oats.
Jar and chill
  1. Divide the mixture between jars or airtight containers.
  2. Top each with crushed graham crackers and the remaining strawberries for a cheesecake-like finish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

For the best cheesecake texture, soften the cream cheese fully before whisking so the mixture stays smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days; for best flavor and freshness, add or refresh strawberries right before eating. Freezing isn’t recommended because the strawberries and dairy-based texture can become watery after thawing. For a lighter option, use lactose-free milk and a plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free cream cheese) to keep it tangy and creamy without changing the method.
