Method
Whip and mix the base
- Whip the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, about 3–6 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
- Whisk the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined, keeping the mixture airy.
Fold in brownies and swirl
- Fold in the brownie chunks, reserving a few for topping, and distribute them evenly.
- Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan and drizzle with half the fudge sauce in ribbons.
- Pour the remaining mixture into the loaf pan, drizzle with the remaining fudge sauce, then swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled pattern.
- Top with the reserved brownie chunks.
Freeze and serve
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, until firm throughout, then slice or scoop directly from the freezer.
Notes
Pro tip: warm the fudge sauce slightly for easier swirling, and use a toothpick or the tip of a knife to create fine ribbon patterns. Store tightly covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Freezing works well for this no-churn dessert, but avoid repeated thawing and refreezing. Dietary swap: for a lactose-free version, use lactose-free sweetened condensed milk and cream.
