Make the banana batter

Portion
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling liners about three-quarters full for a domed top.
Bake
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and serve
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
